So as a collector for the magic bands, do you link all your bands or do you have a set of each? Wondering as a collector of linking will change values down the road since the batteries will probably be dead in a few years?
Yes, I link them, but if you plan to resell they are worth more unlinked. The bands will work forever, as they use magnetic induction. The battery is only for long-range use, like on-ride Photopass.
What is the sound hard to hear
I’ve purchased this band, the sounds and lights no longer work when entering the park or for fastpasses. Extremely disappointed with that. My DVC and frozen bands still have the lights/sounds working
Mine and my friend’s haven’t worked once since we got them…strange.
Anyone else having the same issue?
No special effects for mine either.
Bought one for our 9 year old son to have one with lights and sound (his sisters have Frozen and Figment). So disappointed when it didn’t do anything on Sunday!
