The Shop Disney Parks mobile phone app has debuted a new Tigger Open Edition MagicBand. Due to release in Walt Disney World on January 29th, users can get the Tigger band ordered before then starting today. For anyone who doesn’t know, Tigger is a character from Winnie the Pooh. Here’s a quick peek at what the MagicBand looks like:

Yes, it was on the app and got pulled down yesterday. It should be back on the app very soon though.

I was told by a cast member they were told to remove them from the racks and didn’t know why.
I’ve been trying to get one for a couple months…revived a call from Disney and they told me only able to purchase in Animal Kingdom. Why?
Honestly I have no idea. I haven’t even seen them at Animal Kingdom. You may want to ask specifically what shop they are in and report back here with the answer.
There was a discussion over on Reddit that there was a production issue with these particular bands, which is why they were removed. Any confirmation that they’re back at AK?

I found this thread that talks about the production issues. Have a Disney trip in August. Need one of these for it. Hopefully they come back in time.
I was told by Disney Customer Service that they have been discontinued and they are not available for purchase anywhere. I was lucky enough to track one down on Amazon, so you may have luck there!
