Yesterday, five new MagicBands were released to celebrate the upcoming Walt Disney World 50th anniversary “World’s Most Magical Celebration”. This brings the total number of released MagicBands for the celebration so far to seven. Please see below for the current seven designs and short info on them.
The five newest designs are:
All five are open edition. The cream design with Cinderella Castle is also available through the Build a Band process on My Disney Experience for Walt Disney World resort guests. The attraction vehicle design is printed on a new cyan blue base color band.
The previous two designs are:
Both of these designs are limited release. The second design with characters on it is a Pre-Arrival exclusive through the Build a Band process on My Disney Experience. It is also the first band to use the new nugget blue base color.
All of these designs come with a Magic Slider as seen below:

Can you just buy the 50th slider
Hi Janet! At this time, you cannot buy just the slider. Disney used to sell MagicBand accessories like sliders and BandIts but they have not been sold in awhile so it is unlikely this will be available individually ever in the future.
