The first Marvel MagicBand-related merchandise has finally arrived and it’s in the form of Spider-Man MagicBandits. They come in cool new graphic packaging as well. The barcode / SKU for this item is 400000730882 and the cost is $6.99.
Universal owns the theme park rights to Marvel still on the east coast, but Disney owns the merchandise rights. I’m surprised it’s taken this long to get Marvel themed MagicBand stuff available for purchase, but maybe it had something to do with specific characters? Or maybe because the bands are used as theme park ticket media it was causing a legal hold up? We’ll probably never know. I just hope that this means we’ll get Marvel graphic MagicBands in the near future as well!
