Even more MagicBand On Demand designs released including retro Walt Disney World

Thanks to Twitter user @WDWNT for posting these pictures.

Even more MagicBand On Demand designs have been released, many of which are ride-based and Walt Disney World retro. This time these new designs can be found only at the Magic Kingdom station near Space Mountain. Some are very cool. Take a look:

  1. LOVE! 20,000 Leagues, Mr Toad, Peter Pan…I am so blowing a wad of cash on Magic Bands on my next visit to the park.

One question: Are older on-demand designs still available as well, or are these replacing others?

Please do keep us posted if anything new turns up at the Star Wars On Demand station! I have a good feeling about this. 🙂

Thanks for always having the latest Magic Band news, Ethan!

      • I was in the Space Mountain gift shop yesterday and it appears that most or all old designs here no longer available.

          • I didn’t spend much time looking, but I did look through all the designs. I saw the new designs and I remember seeing a Stormtrooper and Captain Phasma design. There weren’t a ton of designs like I’ve seen in the On Demand station before.

    • FYI on demand magic band station for star wars at launch bay in hollywood studios is up and running….its in the gift shop.

  2. Was told that a tron magic band would be releasing some time this year but have not seen any yet from this same company

  3. It will be my first time to WDW so a couple of questions:
    1. Are the lines long at the on demand stations? I am going with people who probably don’t want to wait for me to design one and then have them make it.
    2. Does the newly created magicband sync up to your Mydisneyexperience account pretty quickly? I want to start using it right away.
    Thanks!

    • 1. Sometimes it can be a while to get your band. There are lots of customization stations, but if there are lots of bands being made it can take an hour or more. I would try to do it in the morning if I were you.

      2. They are all set to “Link it later” which means you just pull up the My Disney Experience phone app and link the band to your account on the spot using the number on the back. It’s fast and easy. The Cast Members can help you.

  4. Does anyone know if the Main Street Electrical Parade band is still available. Was at the Disney Springs Co-Op shop and the on-demand station didn’t have it.
