The Disney Parks Blog has a screening of the new Noelle show appearing on Disney+ starting November 12th, 2019 to fans who entered a chance to see it. At the event, a special promotional Disney emojiDisney Parks Blog 10th Anniversary MagicBand was given out as a gift. There were less than 500 of these given out. There is no way to purchase this band from Disney directly, so if you want one you’ll need to find it on eBay.
