This Villains MagicBand was released on October 9th, 2015. It was one of the first graphic MagicBands on a purple base color. The design includes Ursula from The Little Mermaid, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, and The Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
This band had a new IC number on the back of it which has never been on a MagicBand previously, which most likely stands for Industry Canada certification (similar to the United States having FCC certification). It could also be some type of Integrated Circuit ID. This is also one of the first bands to be a new thinner design compared to previous MagicBands, make it lighter and more flexible.
